Questions about print
What kind of card are the invitations printed on?add
Matte 300 g card, 12 × 17 cm, printed on both sides in full colour. That weight holds its shape in the hand and survives being passed around.
How many cards should I order?add
Count one card per household rather than per guest — couples and families get a single one. The minimum order is 30 cards, and from 100 the price drops to €1.30 each.
Can I order printed cards without a digital invitation?add
No. The printed card is made from your digital invitation — the design, the wording and the QR code on the back all come from it. That is why print is added to a package at checkout.
What if I spot a mistake after ordering?add
Write to us straight away. Nothing goes to the press the moment you pay, so there is room to fix the wording if you reach us before printing starts. Your order details and chosen locker are in the payment confirmation email for exactly this reason.
Can I print the cards at my own print shop?add
Yes. We email a print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks for €15. After that you print wherever you like, in any quantity.
How are the cards packed and delivered?add
The cards are bundled with a paper band, the envelopes go underneath in the box, and the box travels to the BOX NOW parcel locker you pick at checkout. Delivery is free on every order until 31 October, within 7–10 working days of payment.
